Free reunion planning workshops Listing of reunion planning workshops all over the country. Most are free but require advance registration. If you don't find one close to you, contact your convention and visitors bureau and ask when they will be doing one and suggest they register it with Reunions magazine.

Send details, that amount to a story we can tell, about your reunion to editor@reunionsmag.com. Note: most TV contacts come on very short notice, often the day or weekend of the reunion, so include contact info before and during your reunion. See media alerts for known projects.

Free door prizes Reunions magazine provides subscriptions for reunion door prizes. Excellent for reunion committee members who will be planning your next reunion. Free goodies and goody bags
Many convention and visitors bureaus (CVB) offer planning guides; see below. Souvenirs and goody bags often are available for reunion groups. Contact them early because some are not able to consider requests on short notice. Also ask your hotel if they provide any freebies for goody bags.

Participating hotels will specify the required rooms per night to qualify for free rooms. Read your hotel offer comments for details.
