Distribution and postage

As of May 2007, postage and packaging through the USPS (United States Postal Service) has changed. There are more rules regarding height, length and thickness, but with it came the introduction of theForever Stamp; always 41 cents for the first ounce of a letter size.

A 9" X 11"  envelope is now considered a "Flat" or "Large Envelope" requires higher postage than the letter size. The maximum letter size  is 6 1/8" x 11 1/2.

If your mail piece is more than 3/4" thick, it's considered a parcel, which is a higher rate than the large envelope, even if it falls within the height and length dimensions.

Please check when preparing newlsetter for updated postage costs.
